10. Delivery time of the product
Items will be shipped within 7 days of order confirmation, and usually delivered within 10 days after shipping (items with longer delivery times will be indicated in the product caption)
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, so we do not ship on these days.
In addition, shipping may take longer during long holidays such as the New Year holidays.
*Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday or later.
*We cannot accept delivery date and time requests during other periods.

11. Cancellation Policy
As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations of orders due to customer convenience.
12. Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges (including color or size exchanges) for products after an order has been confirmed.
However, if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered or is defective (broken, scratched, stained, etc.), we will accept returns and exchanges.
In this case, the return deadline is within 7 days of receiving the product, and you must return it after notifying us by the method specified by our company.
After confirming the return, we will exchange it for a good product. In that case, we will cover the shipping costs for the return and re-shipment.
If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full amount.
However, if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered or is defective (broken, scratched, stained, etc.), we will accept returns and exchanges.
